Rinsing machine system used conveyer to move parts with all kind of surface, the part will be rinsed by hot water, chemical or oil.

Operations:

Material have arranged in pallet, then both of material and pallet will enter to conveyor belt. When the pallet is in right palce, the worker will press button to open the door and enter pallet to conveyor belt, it’s made by hand. When conveyor belt enter in the right of rinsing machine, in door and transit pin will close. Pallet have fixed in rinsing place and rinsing systems begin to run.Rinsing process is happened one after another accoding to rinsing process in advance and control by PLC systems and 3 way-valve to supply water or not to belch systems. In rinsing process, the belch systems upper or down will turn round to clear all material in pallet, the belch in two ways will turn with the fix corner. When materials had cleaned, the rinsing systems will stop running.Transit pin and intermediary door will open, conveyor belt will open to take pallet to the dryer by compressor air. Then, the bolt and intermediary door will close, fan and the blow air systems  begin to run.
Dryer process is also happened one after another accding to the systems in advance,. When the materials had dryer, the fan and air belch to dryer will stop. There are a signal (whistle and alarm) to inform the rinsing process complete. To take clean product goes out systems, the worker must be press button ON/OFF, at the moment the out door and the bolt will open, conveyor belt will run and the pallet will go to conveyor belt out. The worker will press ON/OFF to turn round the process repeat.We can view the rinsing and dry material by air with view door.Distwasher of  after rinsing systems must run to tank then must be pumped to filter bed and run to the pot. On the pot to stick resistance to control the temperature of water. The pump will ensure the allowable pressure of water as order.
