Blasting auto/manual machine system used conveyer or chain hoist to move parts with all kind of surface, the part will be blasted by media bead (glass bead, aluminum bead, sand….)

Operations:

Workpieces have arranged in pallet, then the oprerator will handle workpieces or used the chain host to working area. When the workpieces is in right palce, the operator will press button to open the door and enter workpieces to machine room, it’s made by hand or automatic. When workpieces have been in the right of blasting machine, in door and transit pin will close. Blasting systems begin to run.Blasting process is happened and controled by PLC systems and way-valve to supply nozzles or not to belch systems. This process, the noozles systems upper or down will turn round to cleaning the surface of workpieces, the noozles in two ways will turn with the fix corner. When workpieces had cleaned, the blasting systems will be stopped.Transit pin and intermediary door will open, the operator will handle workpieces by maunal or chain host (used button on control panel).
