To improve handling of all kind of material, workpieces(tube, box…). The equipment is built with standard components, such as rollerconveyors,
chaínconveyors and the shuttle.
Operations:
The box or material is loaded, sensors is affected to move forward and the conveyor is free for the next box to be loaded.Total buffer on the infeed conveyor is 5 boxes or more.When the shuttle is in homeposition it can be ordered to get a box from the infeedconveyor by a pushbutton “box in”. The shuttle will automaticly load the box from the infeed conveyor and stop it in the middle of the chainconveyor. At the unloadposition the box is driven sideways on to a fixed stop. A bulb is litten in the pushbuttonbox. The operator manually loses the lid of the box.The operator then starts the tilt dubbelhadled on the pushbuttonbox, the arms of the tilt will be lowered down between the chainconveyors on the shuttle and the box will be reversed on to the tilt.
The operator tilts the box dubblehandled. The tilt can be stopped at any time by the operator and when it reaches the end position it will be automaticly stopped. When the box is emptied, the operator reverses the tilt dubblehandled.The lid is restored on the box, and the operator orders a new “box in” on the pushbutton. The box is then centered on the shuttles chaincoveyor and automaticly driven to the undrivenconveyor for empty boxes if there are a new box on the infeed conveyor otherwise it will stay at homeposition.If 4 boxes or less is loaded there is an emptyfunction that starts on a timer in the system. It will be preseted.If a wrong box is loaded on the coveyorsystem, the operator returns it by pressing “wrong box pushbutton” the box is driven out and stops on the shuttle.The box can then be unloaded after stopping the system, from the emptybox side.
